He is experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy. There are so many pieces and parts to purchasing a house and most people don’t know it all. Dave has a good idea on most everything, structural integrity costs, roofing costs, cosmetic cost and I know he would not allow me to purchase a problem. When I walk through homes I know Dave always keeps my best interest in mind.
